Verify Eligibility
Ensure your merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached; please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the generated shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return at the ballpark warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
